Role? Account Manager joining Recommerce and Advertising sales team focusing on Tori Kaupat to develop B2B clients in the circular and sustainable economy all over Finland and help those clients make Tori one of their sales channels!
Location? We work in a hybrid way so you can be based anywhere in Uusimaa! Our office is located just a few steps away from the Helsinki railway station. During the onboarding, we aim to meet often at the office to build up the team spirit - and Tuesday is our favourite day there thanks to our afternoon buns tradition!

WHO ARE YOU?
- You’ve already gathered some experience in B2B sales, preferably in digital sales.
- Experience in actively handling new customer sales over the phone and modern sales channels in high-activity environments.
- You’re motivated, eager to achieve targets, and constantly seeking ways to improve the company's and our clients' outcomes.
- You’re ready and excited to grow, always looking for opportunities to learn from challenges and new experiences.
- You’re an efficient communicator with the ability to adapt to various audiences. Development-oriented, self-reflective, and focused on growth in both hard and soft skills. Proactive, resilient, and skilled at identifying opportunities and supporting teams in dynamic environments.
- Fluency in Finnish and English: while the vast majority of your clients are Finnish-speaking, we are an English-speaking company and work culture.
- As a person, you have an active, customer-centric and data-driven mindset, with authenit collaborative and community-building skills. A creative and proactive approach to sales, combined with a quality-focused and problem-solving attitude.
DAY-TO-DAY WORK & OPPORTUNITIES
As our new Account Manager, you are joining our Tori Kaupat sales team where we put a proactive and creative mind into what we do. Your main focus is to develop and sustain relationships with existing customers (mainly) and new customers, and reactivate inactive ones, ensuring they leverage our platform as a primary trusted sales channel. You define and utilize various sales channels according to your strengths, including phone calls (what we use the most), emails, and social media, to connect with customers.
Your data-driven mind allows you to utilize insights and digital sales tools to manage customer interactions efficiently, track performance metrics, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to enhance customer engagement and drive revenue - and even conduct winback activities to reengage lapsed customers and implement targeted sales efforts to attract new clients. When you have an idea for a strategy, we want to hear it!
Lastly, you are not only joining our sales team but a big community where we thrive on cross-team collaboration, from marketing to product and tech, while collaborating with other Nordic teams to learn from each other, enhance overall performance and customer satisfaction.
