As a Business Development trainee, your role will be pivotal in enabling new business models through technology. You will assist business units in understanding and realizing data-driven service opportunities within their operations. By leveraging advanced data management tools and AI applications, you will help bridge the gap between technological capabilities and business needs, fostering innovation and growth.
You will work closely with business units and corporate functions, becoming part of a growing network of data professionals across Finland that promotes a culture of experimentation. This collaborative environment will give you the opportunity to develop and implement data-driven solutions that can transform business practices and drive success.
As a business and data development trainee, you will have the opportunity to work on tasks such as
- Participate, assist and learn how to facilitate development workshops
- Assist in organizing and conducting market analysis
- Determine and calculate the business case
- Contribute to the analytical efforts
Our ideal candidate is passionate about data and technology and wants to help companies use data to create new services and improve their operations. We are looking for a person who is close to graduation or who has already studied in a university-level degree programme for a few years and would smoothly move on to working with us alongside their studies. The working language is mixed English/Finnish, and we expect you to have good knowledge of the Finnish language even though the primary working language can be English.
Your workplace will be in our Helsinki office, where our experienced experts will be there to support you. After the initial orientation, we are very flexible with remote work.
