About the position

The controller supports and assists the business control organization in Business Unit Finland at SSAB Europe Division. There are several manufacturing sites belonging to Business Unit Finland, Raahe, Hämeenlinna, Pulkkila, Oulainen and Toijala.
You will work together with the colleagues within the controlling team and other finance partners mainly in Finland. You will also work together with the production organization in the mills. You will be reporting to Manager, business control tubular. Work location is either Hämeenlinna or Raahe with possibility partly working remotely or from Oulu office.

Main responsibilities

• Participating of monthly report of Rolling mill of Raahe

• The fixed cost analysis and reporting in tube mills

• Monthly reporting of Tubular products

• Assist development activities

• Taking care of ad hoc inquiries

• Close co-operation with the mills and other functions

About You

• Proactive, eager to learn new things and have a hands on attitude

• Analytical skills and be able to keep deadlines

• Good Finnish and English skills (spoken and written)

• Good excel skills are required and experience in SAP is considered as a benefit but not a must

• Masters or bachelor degree in finance/economics from university/university of applied sciences

• Recently graduated and/or has 0-2 years of experience in financial accounting or controlling
