What your future looks like at Accountor
In your role as a Customer Support Advisor, you help our customers succeed with the financial management products and apps that we offer. You will start with our Procountor product family and in the future possibly learn the ropes of our other products eTasku, Isolta or Ecom. You provide guidance, advice, and solutions over the phone, through email, and via chat. You also offer actively new solutions and additional products to our customers.
Your team consists of an energetic group of experts who assist you in excelling in this role. Although this is a customer service role related to financial management software, you do not need to be a technical expert – you need ordinary IT skills and a customer-oriented mindset. We will provide you with the needed training to get more familiar with our products!
We work in a hybrid model, partially from home and from the office. Onboarding will happen from the office in Keilaniemi Espoo.

Customer service doesn't always have ready-made instructions for every situation. You want to create excellent customer encounters, with a cheerful and open attitude. We assist our customers in Finnish and Swedish, and our business language is English.
You are customer-oriented and have previous experience in customer service.

Fluent skills in Finnish and English
It is an advantage if you can speak and write in Swedish
