Export Sales Manager
We are now looking for an experienced and driven Export Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving international sales growth, developing effective market entry strategies, and managing key customer relationships across multiple regions. We seek a strategic thinker with excellent negotiation skills and a proven track record in export sales.
Key responsibilities
Sales strategy development: Analyze priority countries, develop market entry plans and set distributor criteria
Market analysis: Conduct research to uncover new market opportunities and identify potential distributor matches
Negotiation and closing: Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with international clients together with CEO
Customer relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and share best practices among distributors
Performance tracking: Monitor distributor sales performance and adapt strategies as needed to achieve targets
Industry networking: Represent the company at trade shows, conferences and fairs as required
What You will bring to the role
Several years of experience in export sales or international business development
Prior experience in Pharmaceutical or Medical device industry is a plus
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Fluent in English; basic proficiency in Finnish (YKI level 3 or higher)
A hands-on, systematic approach to work
Willingness to travel as needed (most meetings are conducted via Teams)
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field
Established network with international Medical Device distributors is a plus
