a Finance Assistant
to Team Electric’s head office in Inkoo, Finland.
Team Electric Oy Ab is an electrical company founded in 2002 in Finland. We work in the marine business all over the world and we have offices in Spain, Portugal, Germany, France, Croatia, Romania and Poland. As our Finance Assistant, you will be an important part of our office team where we internally support our many projects both in Finland and in our locations in Europe. You will communicate with our offices and bookkeeping partners and make monthly preparations for projects and bookkeeping as well as other administrative tasks. You will have close cooperation with all departments within Team Electric Group and take care of invoices and client invoicing.
We wish that you have experience with finance related tasks and knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles. Alternatively, you can be newly graduated and grow with the role. Suitable education is Vocational Qualification in Business and Administration or Bachelor of Business Administration.
As a person, you are efficient and thorough in your work, service-oriented and you have a positive attitude. The company working language are English and Swedish, but you need to be able to communicate also in Finnish.
