Group IT Manager

As the leader of Group IT, you will deliver the collaboration infrastructure for all group employees, coordinate all IT activities across group companies, and be directly responsible for IT in the Network Protection businesses in Norway, Sweden, and Finland.

Your main areas of responsibility are:

• Leading our IT teams and developing ways of collaborating across countries.

• Managing our employees' IT accounts and tools: Windows and MacOS laptops, Android and iPhone phones and tablets, mobile subscriptions, and various software packages; we use Microsoft 365 and Intune.

• Ensuring secure and uninterrupted operations in multiple data centers, with technologies ranging from on-premises to public cloud. Our systems process critical network infrastructure data and need to be available 24/7.

• Planning and executing IT development projects and technology migrations.

• Preparation and follow-up on the Group IT budget.

We expect experience in most of these topics:

• Several years of directly leading IT professionals,

• Organizing end-user IT support and managing Entra and Intune,

• Large-scale IT project management,

• Vendor and procurement management,

• Cloud data center management,

• Networking and firewall management,

• Information security management systems,

• Cybersecurity prioritization, planning and execution.

The position is based in Helsinki and will report to the Group CTO who is also located in Helsinki. You will work in a multinational environment in the English and Finnish languages and are expected to travel regularly. A successful security clearance by the Finnish Security and Intelligence Service is a requirement.
