We are looking for an experienced financial manager to join our team, whose competencies will be:

• Ensure timely and accurate reporting in accordance with IFRS standards and YIT Group Accounting Manual. Oversee the alignment of accounting and reporting, including IFRS/SAS bridge and tax planning.
• Prepare documentation for external and internal audits.
• Manage the controlling structure within the company, including cost centres and projects.
• Organize the preparation of monthly forecasts and annual budgets in line with strategic plans. Provide support in strategic planning.
• Analyse variances of actual performance vis-à-vis target and propose corrective actions. Help identify potential cost savings through benchmarking.
• Support management’s decision-making by preparing business plans, financial models and ad-hoc analyses. Collaborate on financial modelling and structuring transactions.
• Oversee and promote the use of IT tools in the controlling area. Identify potential for automation and digitisation by reports in PowerBI. Engage in the implementation of a new group EPR system within local business unit.
• Actively participate in digital transformation of the company, incl. designing of Business Data Model, identifying relevant data sources and promoting data cleansing and data gathering in standardised format. Help define a set of relevant KPIs for particular divisions/teams and continuously monitor their fulfilment.
