We are searching for an excellent relationship’s builder with solid experience of similar commercial roles and products who is ready to take on a new and exciting challenge as Anora’s new Key Account Manager.
In this role, you will be taking full responsibility and ownership of named customers, customer relationships, sales, profitability, assortment, campaigns, activations, category management and customer relationship on the Finnish HoReCa market.
The position is based in Anora’s Finnish headquarters located in Ruoholahti, Helsinki but will require traveling, mostly in the Helsinki-Tampere-Turku scope and near areas. The position is full-time and permanent. The recruitment process will be handled in collaboration with Staffpoint Professionals but the employment contract will be signed directly with Anora.
Key Responsibilities
You will focus on the sale of Ab Inbev Oy's products on the Finnish market to ensure reaching agreed KPI´s on a short- and long-term basis. You will secure maximization of the local sales potential as well as developing and monitoring long and short-term business field sales and activation initiatives.
For example, you will:
- Manage and drive field sales, including strategy planning, implementation and meeting goals
- Participate in campaign and activation planning and implementation
- Participate in assortment development and planning
- Prepare annual contracts and sales initiatives
- Secure alignment on the local sales plan and ensure timely and transparent reporting in accordance with the agreed format and set timings
- Visit customers and other possible stakeholders to ensure smooth and sustainable relations.
Core Qualifications and Competences
- Degree in Business, Marketing or similar
- Minimum of 3-4 years of sales/KAM experience in the FMCG industry, preferably in brewery, wine, and/or spirits-driven products
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset – you’re a true team player who has proven experience in customer-centric projects
- Strong analytical and strategical capabilities with proven commercial acumen
- Passion for sales and brand building in particular
- Excellent leadership, project management, negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in Finnish and English, other languages are a plus
- You have a valid driver’s license.
