We are looking for a People Business Partner to be based in Helsinki. The position is a fixed term replacement for one year, starting from March 2025.

In this role, you will be responsible for day-to-day HR activities in Finland and also the smooth running of our office. The role is broad, and you’ll have tons of opportunities to develop yourself and our common ways of working. You'll have great support as you join the People & Culture team of professionals in all seven of our countries: Finland, Sweden, Poland, UK, Italy, Germany and the Netherlands.
The position is based in Helsinki with a hybrid working model. For us, it means we expect to see you in our office at least three times a week but otherwise we'll give you room to manage your own schedules.
As a People Business Partner, you will be responsible for:
Driving initiatives that develop culture, inclusion, engagement and wellbeing
Assisting to implement our key people processes and services locally (e.g. on/offboarding, salary review, employee surveys, employee development)
Providing day-to-day support to line managers and employees in all people matters
Assisting our line managers and Talent Acquisition team in recruiting in Finland
Working on health and safety topics and contributing to the development of employee wellbeing and internal culture.
Working closely with various external suppliers and being responsible for the administrative tasks of the office.
You will be a great fit if you have:
Previous experience in People operation / HR work and a vision of how great employee experience looks like
Experience from an international environment and agile growth company
Knowledge and understanding of Finnish labor laws, principles and practices
Experience in employer branding and recruitment
Self-guided, hands on with a extremely proactive way of working
Keen eye for the accuracy of information
Professional level of English and Finnish languages
Great communication skills
Ability to work and adapt in a fast-paced environment
