Could you be the Program Manager we are looking for?
Odevo is a dynamic and growing organization committed to transforming the residential property management industry. As part of our ongoing expansion, we are in the process of integrating a newly acquired company in Finland into our group. This transition involves a complex carve-out process, and we are seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead this critical initiative.
We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to oversee the entire integration project as we transition a newly acquired company into the Odevo group. This role requires a leader who has extensive experience in managing carve-out projects, particularly within IT and business infrastructure domains. The project will span 12 months, during which you will be responsible for ensuring the successful migration and setup of IT systems, business applications, and the establishment of a new IT operating model.
In this position, you will lead the end-to-end integration project, ensuring that all deliverables are met within the 12-month timeline, while at same time building a new team of professionals to support you in this project. You will act as the primary point of contact for all program-related activities, engaging with stakeholders and overseeing the transition of IT infrastructure. Your role will be to identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle. You will develop contingency plans to address potential challenges and ensure smooth project execution. You will also oversee the allocation of resources, manage the project budget, and ensure that financial targets are met, monitoring and adjusting plans as necessary to stay on track.
This position is full-time, 12-Month contract with potential for extension. You can work mostly remotely, but we hope you are able to travel all around Finland when required, especially to Helsinki. We are offering a competitive salary in the range of €8,000 to €10,000 per month, reflecting the seniority and experience required for this critical role.
What are we looking for?
To be successful in this role, you should have about 10 years of experience in program management, with a proven track record of leading carve-out projects, particularly in IT and business infrastructure integration. A deep understanding of IT systems, business applications, and infrastructure management is essential, along with experience in setting up and managing outsourced IT teams. Working in an international environment, you will need fluent spoken and written English language skills in addition to fluency in Finnish.
Strong leadership and communication skills are crucial, as you will be engaging with C-level executives and other senior stakeholders throughout the project. Expertise in developing and managing project plans, timelines, budgets, and resources is necessary. Additionally, you should have a demonstrated ability to identify and mitigate risks in complex projects, as well as proven experience in negotiating service agreements and managing vendor relationships.
