Would you be our new Resource Management Specialist?
As a Resource Management Specialist, you will play a vital role in optimizing our organization’s resources and ensuring they are planned and utilized effectively. Your key responsibilities will include identifying and addressing project and operational needs, developing and maintaining resource planning tools, and aligning resource allocation with organizational priorities.
In this role, you will oversee resource planning and management efforts, ensuring resources like personnel, time, and budget are effectively allocated based on project and operational needs. You will also facilitate the smooth allocation of resources across projects and teams, coordinate schedules, and ensure resource availability to meet specific project requirements. Monitoring and evaluating resource usage will be critical, and you’ll regularly assess efficiency, reporting metrics to management to support data-driven decisions.
As a Resource Management Specialist, close collaboration with project managers, team leaders, and stakeholders will be essential part of your work. Communicating resource plans and any changes clearly across departments will support smooth project execution. You will also contribute to continuous improvement by developing resource management practices and offering training to ensure efficient resource utilization across the organization.
The role’s seniority can be adjusted based on your expertise and experience. This is a permanent, full-time position. You can work from any of our offices and flexibly remotely in a hybrid model.
What are we looking for?
We’re seeking a professional with previous experience as a resource manager or in a similar role, with familiarity in using project management and resource management tools. As we work in an international setting, fluency in Finnish and English is required and proficiency in Swedish is a plus.

Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach are essential, as is effective communication to build trust and clarity across teams.
