Sales Manager, Jujo Thermal, Eura

As a Sales Manager, you will have the opportunity to work internationally by selling heat-sensitive papers, coated label papers, and flexible packaging materials. The majority of customers are located in Europe and North America (requiring travel for approximately 40-80 days per year). This role is suitable for someone just starting out within the industry as well as for someone with more experience. You will be supported by an encouraging and professional team.

Work tasks

• Understand customer needs and manage customer relationships
• Prepare and handle customer proposals and contracts, including price negotiations
• Coordinate with other internal teams to ensure successful order fulfillment and logistical arrangements
• Participate in development meetings and internal discussions to enhance collaboration

We are looking for

• Suitable educational background, such as paper making and converting technology
• Strong technical understanding
• Previous experience within the industry, especially in customer-facing roles, is considered an advantage
• Previous experience within the international business, is considered an advantage
• Fluent oral and written skills in English, proficiency in other languages is considered an advantage, especially in Finnish
