We are now looking for a Senior Tender Manager in Finland to join us on our journey to drive our further growth within an exciting business area in the Nordics and Baltics! This is a regional role that also covers the Nordic and Baltic countries. You will have the opportunity to travel within your region 3-4 times per year.

About you
To be successful in the role, we see that you have:
- Suitable educational degree (i.e., technical or commercial degree)
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and project coordination skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders at all level
- Proven experience in tendering, project management, or related roles within the secure power industry, demonstrating a track record of successful tender submissions and customer engagement
- Effective communication skills in English and Finnish with excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
- General understanding UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) and cooling engineering principles and tendering processes
What you will do
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and project management, to ensure accurate and competitive tender submissions that showcase Schneider Electric's capabilities and value proposition
- Understand project requirements to develop comprehensive tender proposals that align with customer needs and project objectives while leading the multi-technology opportunities.
- Ensure mastery of all aspects of the offer: technical proposal, purchasing, cash flow, etc.
- Ensure consistency and interfaces from one package or project to another, with account’s habits including risks, T&Cs, project set-ups, taxes, lessons learnt, etc.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for tendering processes and tools, leveraging your insights and expertise to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
