We are now looking for a

SOCIAL MEDIA SPECIALIST

to join our Brand & Storytelling unit at Helsinki Flag Ship Store! In this role you will orchestrate the daily operations of multiple social media platforms and craft compelling content for the audience.

This is a temporary position between 15.8.2024-30.6.2025. We have a seat reserved for you in our Helsinki Flag Ship Store where our team meets together 3 days a week to share wisdom and work together.

Where is your expertise needed?

As a Social Media Specialist you will manage content, analyze performance, and execute social media campaigns to enhance our brand presence and achieve our marketing goals. Additionally, you will identify and target the most effective audience segments for executing both organic and paid social advertising campaigns across various some channels.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Create, implement and curate engaging content that resonate with the target audience and reinforce the brand message

• Manage, optimize and build paid social media campaigns

• Build and nurture relationships with influencers, brand advocates, and partners to amplify brand reach and credibility

• Partially plan, fully execute and manage social media campaigns (product launches, category promotions etc.) and events such as our famous Live Shopping (get familiar with that in our web site: Tapahtumat | Stockmann )

• Track performance, analyze data to gain insights and generate weekly reports on Some activities

What are we looking for?

You have already at least 3 years’ experience in managing several social media platforms on B2B point of view. You are experienced in editing images and videos with tools like Canva, CapCut and Adobe Photoshop. As you get to work also with Live Shopping and influencer events you understand that this job is not always done in office hours.

To succeed in this role, you should have: 

• Proficiency in using social media management tools (Agora, Facebook Business manager, Klear) and other analytics platforms

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritization skills

• Strong tolerance for pressure – you love hectic environment and you keep calm even in tough situations

• Resilience – you understand that not everything will always go as planned

• Data-driven mindset

You will produce a lot of different content that matches our brand, tone of voice and is attractive to the audience. Keeping this in mind you have:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills Finnish - with impeccable grammar

• Hands on experience in content management

• Ability to produce visually attractive content to social media

Previous experience in producing live streams such as Instagram Lives is seen as a benefit. We also wish you to be a social person who is not afraid to be also in front of the camera when needed. You will have colleagues also in the Baltics and our cross-team working language is English. Swedish skills are seen as benefit.
