Spare Part Sales Engineer

We are currently looking for a

Spare Part Sales Engineer

to work in global Raute Service team.

Your main responsibilities are to identify and quote spare parts for customer’s needs and actively sell our products to customers. 
As part of your outstanding customer service attitude, you will follow up on customer’s requests, existing quotations, 
create order confirmations and follow up on delivery control.

• Customer relationship building

• Selling parts or customer needs actively

• Identifies correct parts and spare parts packages for customer’s individual needs with support of all Raute specialists.

• Prepare quotations

• Follows up on quotations

• Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions

• Creates and sends order confirmations

• Follows up deliveries and actively communicates to customer and internal stakeholders about status.

• Ensure that parts are available on time at customer’s site for example for planned maintenance needs.

• Interacts with internal departments to align local work with subsidiaries abroad

You like an impulsive, purely international working environment and you can also make decisions independently.

Knowledge of Raute’s lines and internal processes helps to success in work. 
Skills to read technical drawings is recommended. Also knowledge about systems like D365 F&O, V10 and Windchill are beneficial.

We appreciate bachelor’s degree at engineering or commercial field.

In Raute 2028 strategy we are looking for clear growth in our Service supply widely, and our spare part team has a key role in that goal.
