We are looking for a passionate and technically skilled Technical Test Lead to join our client Jamix’s agile and innovative product development team. Jamix is a Finnish, globally operating growth company that provides leading systems for managing the operations of professional kitchens. In this role, you'll contribute to solutions that make a real difference in industries crucial to everyone’s daily life, from food sustainability to responsible resource management. Kuvaus
As a Technical Test Lead, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating and overseeing testing activities within our development team. This includes ensuring consistency and best practices across all test automation efforts, streamlining and optimizing test pipelines, and developing effective testing strategies. You will work closely with developers to ensure seamless integration of automated tests and actively contribute to improving our testing processes to achieve higher quality and efficiency in product development.
Working in our innovative and agile product development team of approximately 15 people, your contributions will directly impact global markets and help solve real-world challenges related to nutrition, waste management, sustainability, and carbon footprint reduction.

Work tasks
- Lead the coordination and implementation of test automation across the team, ensuring a consistent approach to automation development.
- Optimize test automation processes and enhance the reuse of existing tests.
- Develop and maintain test pipelines, including defining test execution cycles, determining which tests need to run, and ensuring the use of up-to-date libraries and the correct versions.
- Continuously monitor, maintain, and improve the automation test suite, ensuring it remains effective and up to date.
- Take ownership of building and refining the testing role and processes within the organization.
We are looking for
- Strong experience with test automation, preferably with tools like SpecFlow.
- Understanding of test automation principles and experience implementing them across a team.
- Knowledge of best practices in test automation and developing and optimizing test pipelines.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate across multiple teams, ensuring alignment and consistency in test practices.
- A passion for testing and process optimization – the ability to see the bigger picture and make improvements that lead to higher efficiency and quality.
It is meritorious if you have
- Familiarity with test-driven development and writing automation tests, especially using the Gherkin syntax.
- Familiarity with .NET Core and C# technologies.
- Experience with manual testing and integrating it with automation processes.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and their application in the testing process.
