As our business continues to expand, we are seeking Project Managers for permanent positions at our Kokkola office.

As a Project Manager, your task is to ensure the efficient implementation of sold projects while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. You will act as the liaison between design, production, procurement, sales, and the customer, ensuring that projects stay on schedule.

As a Project Manager, you play a key role in the success of the projects. You will work on interesting projects with a variety of clients. The job can be fast-paced at times, requiring the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. You are capable of seeing the big picture and prioritizing tasks according to project timelines. You thrive in a systematic environment and are eager to develop processes, learn new things, and share your knowledge.

We expect you to have:

- Experience and proven track record in project management and project control
- A professional approach to client management
- Excellent communication skills
- Financial expertise in cost accounting, profitability, and monitoring
- Fluency in Finnish and English, with a good command of Swedish
- Experience in the boat industry is beneficial but not essential
