Your responsibilities

- Customer service in Finnish by phone (answering/calling), email or chat
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
- Handle customer complaints by offering suitable solutions and alternatives within the given time limit
-Collaborate with other account experts to resolve pending cases
-Maintenance and updating of internal systems
-The job description is specified according to the selected job

Your qualifications

- Finnish C1 level written and spoken
-Proficiency in English (B2 level)
-Experience in customer support, online or in person, is desirable
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
-Resourcefulness and high stress tolerance, allowing you to be adaptable and calm in all situations
