The impact of your role:

Are you an experienced concrete worker passionate about building concrete structures?

We're looking for someone to join our manufacturing team and build our innovative and sustainable concrete elements.

Your responsibilities:

Work in the manufacturing team to build innovative concrete elements

3D print concrete elements after being trained on Hyperions machines

Place and tie reinforcement bars (using hand or power tools) according to drawings

Cast concrete using pump or from a truck

Building timber formwork or other structures such as printing beds

Lead manufacturing tasks and mentor team of 2-3 people on certain tasks

Inspect quality of elements through the manufacturing process

You should have:

5 - 10 years in a precast concrete plant building or on-site

Capable of reading construction drawings and understanding written instructions

Capable of self checking own work and inspecting concrete structures, reinforcement cages, and spotting defects

Excellent communication in English

Detailed oriented and problem-solver

Great collaboration skills

Teaching other members of the team the craft of making concrete elements

Its a big plus if you also have:

Flexible and adaptive to a fast-paced and ever-changing environment

Ability to work within deadlines and within a changing environment

Capable of sharing feedback and writing reports after execution of the task
