We are looking for a Communications Specialist for our client, Huhtamaki, to support one of their business segments in global internal communications. About the role
Your main responsibility will be to create, coordinate and publish content for internal communication topics across different channels. You will also be responsible for specific projects relating to the business segment's internal communications, with the support of your colleagues in the team. You will be working with supportive and professional colleagues who will help you succeed in your role. We are seeking an individual with a few years of practical experience in communications who is also eager to continue learning and growing in the field. We also expect you to be a positive and proactive team player who is comfortable working under time pressure and is confident in bringing your own ideas to the table.
As the Communications Specialist at Huhtamaki, you will be working in a fast-paced and sometimes uncharted environment, in a truly global role. You will work in close collaboration with various stakeholders, contributing to internal communications activities to foster a global company culture aligned with the Huhtamaki values of Care Dare Deliver.

We are looking for
- Suitable education (e.g., a degree in Communications, Business, etc.)
- Experience in Microsoft 365 suite (especially Word, PowerPoint, and MS Teams), intranets and communications tools and platforms
- Fluent English skills, written and spoken
- Knowledge of and/or interest in video editing tools and newsletter platforms
- Practical experience in creating communications materials
- Interest in storytelling and internal communications
- Ability to manage communications projects
- Interest in supporting internal training projects and training material creation
Previous experience in internal communications from a corporate environment is an advantage, but not mandatory. Skills and interest in visual content creation, graphic design and video editing are also an asset. You can elaborate on this or similar experience in your application.
