BUSINESS CONTROLLER

to join our Healthcare Services' business controlling team at Helsinki, Finland.

What do we offer?

In this role, you will support and perform various business controlling tasks like monthly reporting, result material preparation, budgeting and forecasting, ad-hoc analysis, cost follow-up and month-end closing activities including cost accruals. You will also provide reporting system end user support and access rights. In addition, you will actively support your business stakeholders on business case calculations, finance related questions and your team members on day-to-day activities, participate in development projects and finance process improvement activities.

You should have the following skills and qualification:
 - Master's degree in finance, economics, technology, or another relevant field of study - A minimum of three years of relevant work experience (e.g. in business controlling) in medium-sized or large businesses - Previous work experience in service or B2C industry is a plus - Solid Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills - Know-how of reporting tools, especially QlikSense, is a plus - Financial analysis and planning skills - Commercial awareness, proactive, analytical, and structured way of working - Readiness to challenge and bring out your own views - Resilience in change situations and networking skills - Fluent communication skills in Finnish and English
We shift smoothly between being present at the office and working remotely. We expect that you are ready to work from two to three days per week at our Kamppi office to ensure natural relationships and communication.
