DOCUMENTATION MANAGER

We are looking for a Documentation Manager for our customer's project in process industry. In this role, you will oversee the organization, storage, and flow of all project-related documentation and data. You'll ensure seamless coordination between internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders. This role emphasizes both technical expertise in document management systems and a commitment to continuous process improvement.

Location: Etelä-Suomi / remote
Start date: Early 2025

As Documentation Manager, you will:

- Establish and maintain efficient document control and information management processes.
- Ensure proper version control and secure accessibility of documents for all stakeholders.
- Facilitate smooth information flow between internal teams and external parties.
- Set up, manage, and optimize document management systems (EMS and DMS expertise required).
- Drive process creation and improvement in documentation workflows.
- Provide training and support on document management tools and processes.
- Oversee secure storage, tracking, and archiving of project documents.
- Ensure compliance with project timelines and standards.

To succeed, you have:

- Proven experience in document control within large-scale EPCM (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Management) projects.
- Deep knowledge of EMS and DMS systems, with hands-on experience in administration and optimization.
- Strong organizational and compliance management skills.
- A proactive, solutions-driven approach to resolving document control challenges.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams.
- Fluency in Finnish and English.
