The Store Manager is responsible for reaching the Sales and Profit goals in the Store by setting a plan to deliver the Best Customer Experience. The Store Manager will ensure the Best Team and support their development, work with talent and leadership development and structured performance management for the Store Team based on results, values, and leadership. The Store Manager will work in accordance with legal requirements and H&M standards, policies, and procedures to meet the expectations of customers and colleagues.
Key responsibilities:
You are responsible for achieving the Sales and Profit goals in your Store by creating a plan to deliver a Great Customer Experience in line with the Area.
You ensure you have a Great Team and support its development. You work with succession planning, talent and leadership development and structured performance management, based on results, values and leadership.
You work in accordance with legal requirements and H&M standards, policies, and procedures to meet the expectations of customers and colleagues.
