UPS is now looking for a new employee to our Health & Safety department in the Nordics. The position is located in Finland and you will report to the Health & Safety Supervisor located outside Finland. The position offers exciting and challenging work in an international environment.
Responsibilities:
You will be involved in coordinating the Health & Safety work, reporting and compiling results in a Nordic level, participating in facility audits and trainings and being the contact person for work environment authorities in the Nordics. In the position you will continuously work to maintain, clarify and further develop UPS strategies, policies and processes in the area as well as compliance with current legislation. To thrive in this role, you must enjoy working operationally and and at a fast-paced pace. Your main responsibility areas are Finland and Norway.
Business trips may occur, which is why a driver's license is a requirement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in HR/work environment, or other education that we consider
relevant
Ability to work independently and run processes on your own
Ability to be flexible
Good knowledge and use of Microsoft Office
Very good communication skills, both in Finnish and English, Nordic language skills -
Preffered
Good knowledge in the work environment area
Knowledge of legislation in the work environment area in the Nordic countries - Preferred
Previous knowledge from international companies - Preferred
Driver's license

Full time, Monday-Friday 37,5 h/week
Permanent employment that starts with a 6 month trial period
