Job description:

1. Ant Brand Supercomputing Server Maintenance and Monitoring:

- Perform routine inspections, diagnostics, and preventative maintenance for supercomputing servers.
- Monitor server performance and proactively address hardware or software issues.

2. Hardware Troubleshooting and Repair:

- Diagnose and repair hardware failures in supercomputing nodes, storage units, and networking equipment.
- Collaborate with hardware vendors for RMA processes and replacement parts.

3. Software and Firmware Updates:

- Manage the installation and testing of software patches, system updates, and firmware upgrades.
- Ensure system compatibility and stability after updates.

4. Environmental Management:

- Monitor and maintain optimal conditions for the data center environment.
- Work closely with facilities teams to resolve environmental issues.

5. Incident Management and Documentation:

- Respond swiftly to system alerts, diagnose root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain detailed logs and documentation of maintenance activities, incident reports, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Skills and Qualifications:

1. Ant Brand Supercomputing Server Maintenance Service Qualification Certificate
2. Proficiency in hardware diagnostics and repair (e.g., CPUs, GPUs, memory, and storage devices).
3. Knowledge of networking protocols and troubleshooting tools.
4. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Terms of employment: Fixed term

Working hours: Full time, 40 hrs/week
