Your role and responsibilities
We are looking for a Pricing Process Owner at ABB Oy, Drive Products division in Pitäjänmäki, Helsinki.

We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional for improving our pricing process with the help of modern pricing software. Your job is to understand the dilemma, turn it to tangible concepts and implement them to the tools.

In this position, you will be a member of a cross-functional team, which develops and maintains sales tools and systems starting from opportunity management to quotation management and pricing all the way to order management.

This position reports to Manager, Sales Operations.

You will be mainly accountable for:
- Ownership of price management process and application development
- Assessing situation of current pricing processes and systems. Understanding existing challenges and opportunities in depth
- Taking on the journey towards the vision: pragmatic steps with the necessary people, vendors and stakeholders
- Getting connected and engaged with the community - people handling the specifications and other relevant stakeholders
- Create and improve price management concepts for core pricing processes: price master data management, price setting and analytics.

Qualifications for the role:
- Understanding of sales and pricing processes, few years of working experience is needed
- Project and change management leadership skills and good interpersonal skills with people at different levels of the organization
- Collaborative team player
- Comfortable using written and spoken English as working language
- Experience from international business would be a benefit
- B./M.Eng. or B./M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management or equivalent
- A few years experience from pricing management and pricing analytics
