Enersense Engineering Oy is currently looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Electrical Project Manager for our Client in Kilpilahti, Finland. In this role you will lead and oversee the planning, design, and execution of transformer projects. We offer a permanent position with a flexible hybrid working model, including 1-2 days per week at the Client's office.

Main tasks and responsibilities:
  Manage and execute electrical engineering transformer projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and schedule
  Develop and review electrical system designs, specifications, and drawings and ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations
  Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical and civil engineering as well as contractors and clients
  Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing innovative solutions that align with project goals
  Ensure all designs and projects adhere to regulatory requirements and environmental standards
  Maintain detailed project documentation, including reports, budgets and schedules

Requirements:
  Degree in Electrical Engineering
  5+ years of experience in electrical engineering and project management
  Strong knowledge of transformers, switchboards and electrical systems
  Solid knowhow on electrical solutions and requirements
  Relevant project experience and knowhow of the requirements in different project phases in an investment project
  Exceptional organizational skills good attention to detail and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to diverse stakeholders
  Finnish and English language skills (written and spoken)
