FP&A Manufacturing Business Partner

Main responsibilities of this role are:

- Acting as a strategic partner to plant operations leadership, finance leadership and other stakeholders (e.g. product managers), providing financial insights and recommendations to drive operational improvements and cost management.

- Measuring and analysing the financial performance of the manufacturing operations. Developing and maintaining KPIs to monitor plant performance and to identify areas for improvement.

- Leading cost accounting activities, including standard cost development, inventory valuation, and production variance reporting.

- Conducting financial planning and analysis activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.

- Building strong relationships across departments to foster a collaborative approach to achieving business goals.

- International and cross-functional project work on different topics

What you should bring as well

- A university degree in Finance, in Industrial Engineering and Management or similar.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders.

- An open and curious mindset and a hands-on mentality

- Experience within Controlling or as a Business Analyst's preferred, either in a process or manufacturing type of business.

- Advanced Excel skills and basic SAP FI/CO knowledge. An open mindset for advanced IT solutions (Power BI, Workday Adaptive and more).

- You are fluent in Finnish and English, both written and oral.

The position is permanent and located in Rajamäki, Finland.
