Production Supervisor Trainee
ISOPLUS Finland is looking for a Production Supervisor trainee for the summer. As a Production Supervisor trainee, you will join an expert team in district energy to learn and develop with the best in the business.
What does your job involve?
As a Production Supervisor trainee, you will work in a variety of production officer roles to support production supervisors, develop safety at work and contribute to the implementation of development projects.
During the time our production supervisors are on vacations you will lead the production teams ensuring deliveries to customer will be manufactured on time.
What do we expect from you?
-Study background from field of engineering
-An active and development-oriented attitude
-Good interpersonal skills
-Good IT skills (MS Office)
We consider it an advantage to have:
-Experience from industrial manufacturing
-Experience in ERP systems
-Lean knowledge
-Good language skills (Finnish, Swedish and English)
