SUMMER TRAINEE, ACCOUNTING
We are now seeking one or more new Summer Trainees to join our finance department in the Centralized Accounting team at our head office in Kalasatama, Helsinki from May until the end of August.
Your key contribution areas
As a Summer Trainee in our Accounting team, you will gain valuable firsthand experience on different projects and tasks related to accounting. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Daily and monthly bank bookings and bank reconciliations
- Managing fixed assets
- Reconciling balance sheet and analysing PL accounts
- Stock adjustments and other regular monthly bookings
What helps you to shine in this role?
To succeed in this role, we expect you to be a proactive and eager learner with a keen interest for gaining hands-on experience in financial administration. To thrive in this role, you should have:
- On-going studies or a recent degree in finance, accounting, or similar
- Relevant work experience from accounting
- Excellent English language skills, with strong Finnish skills seen as a benefit
- Good analytical skills and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
