About the role:
As a Scrum Master, you will support and guide your team to success. You are responsible for facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, and ensuring the practices are continuously improved. You will support the team in adhering to security practices, ensuring that the solutions are innovative and secure. Your role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations and continuous improvement within the team.

Work tasks:
- Ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement to the remote monitoring and asset management solution
- Facilitate daily stand-ups
- Lead sprint planning and retrospectives
- Support the team in security practices
- Promote continuous improvement and use data to assess the current state
- Other Scrum Master responsibilities

We are looking for:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master
- A technical background
- Ability to use data to identify areas for improvement
- Scrum Master certification
- Good understanding of SAFE, Jira, and Jira-based reporting
- Deep understanding of Agile principles (Scrum, Kanban)
- Fluent written and spoken English

It is meritorious if you have:
- Experience in software development and/or test automation
