Tietoa tehtävästä
We are all part of Lindström's sustainable growth story. Get ready to work in an innovative textile service business named as one of the most interesting companies in the circular economy. We care in every thread – dare to grow and shine with us.
DIGITAL CHANNELS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
We are now seeking a growth-oriented Digital Channels Development Manager to join our global Marketing, Sales and Customer Engagement team in a permanent position. This role is preferably based at our head office in Helsinki but can potentially also be located in one of our other operating countries in Europe.
Your Key Contribution Areas
As a Digital Channels Development Manager, you will develop Lindström’s customer interfacing digital channels from a business perspective to ensure a consistent and smooth experience across the entire customer journey, covering digital buying, digital onboarding, and digital service management. This role involves working as the business owner for our customer portal eLindström and service webshops.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Identify development needs and opportunities based on the customer journey and feedback
- Lead the eLindström development backlog, coordinating needs from various stakeholders
- Oversee the business deployment of new eLindström features, including instructions, communication, training, support, and monitoring
- Drive higher usage rates of digital channels through support, communication, and change management
- Support our countries in integrating service webshops into their sales channels and run small-scale experiments and projects to enhance the digital customer journey
What Helps You to Shine in This Role?
As B2B customer expectations and behaviors evolve, our customers increasingly want to evaluate, buy, and manage services on their terms, across multiple channels. Ensuring a consistent experience in this omnichannel environment is crucial. To strengthen our capabilities to do this, we are looking for a team member whose heart beats for all things digital and who naturally looks at things from the customer’s perspective. We hope you can think big, act small and are always willing to learn: You understand the changing customer behavior and its impact – but are also willing to create networks and work hands-on across country and function borders. You’re accustomed to working in the intersection of customer, business and technology. Your ability to engage people and drive changes forward will help you succeed.
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- Experience in developing digital buying, onboarding, and service management
- Understanding of design thinking approach and agile working methods
- Knowledge of eCommerce operations, digital marketing, and/or growth hacking
- Proven ability to run continuous development – but also to develop target states, roadmaps, and concepts
- Excellent written and spoken English language skills
Your Key People
You will be part of our global Marketing, Sales and Customer Engagement organization that plays a critical role in accelerating our sales, improving customer retention, and enhancing our customer journey. In this role, you will collaborate closely e.g. with our product and service development, IT and external partners, as well as various teams and professionals across our operating countries in Europe and Asia. Our team emphasizes curiosity, experimentation, collaboration, and succeeding together. We believe that a positive and innovative spirit is key to achieving our goals and driving success.
What We Offer
- An interesting position at the core of digital B2B customer journey
- Opportunities for professional growth and development
- Benefits such as occupational healthcare services and sports, culture, and well-being perks
- A flexible hybrid-work model
- A purpose-driven and supportive work environment committed to fostering our We Care culture
