Are you detail-oriented, service-minded, and eager to grow your skills in accounting within a dynamic, global organization? CBRE Finland is now looking for a Junior Accountant to join their Client Accounting and Reporting team in Helsinki - could it be you?
Team & tasks:
As a Junior Accountant, you will join CBRE Finland's Client Accounting and Reporting team. You’ll work closely especially with Financial Specialists, Controllers, and also with other internal teams. In this role, you will assist with daily accounting and month-end tasks as well as with year-end processes. You will for example manage accounts payable, prepare reports and ensure data accuracy. Additionally, you will support the preparation of financial statements and perform reconciliations.

- A relevant educational background or ongoing studies in accounting or a related field (such as vocational education), ideally with graduation approaching

- A full working proficiency in English and Finnish
We consider as an asset:
- Previous experience from similar tasks
- Prior experience in using accounting systems
- Knowledge of real estate accounting or taxation

Practicalities:
This is a part-time (approximately 22.5–30h/week) and fixed-term position, lasting until March / April 2025. In this position you will be employed as an aTalent employee at CBRE. The ideal starting date for the position is as soon as possible. The role will be located in Helsinki, and we hope you are able to work at the office for at least half of the working hours. However, we hope that you can work on-site as much as possible, especially during the first few months. Salary in this position is approximately 12,67-16,55 €/hour depending on the level of your experience.
