Solution Architect, ServiceNow
We are looking for an ambitious, experienced, and visionary Solution Architect for ServiceNow and related systems within our Corporate Solutions domain. This position’s purpose is to be responsible for our future solution roadmap within the nominated areas and to develop the solutions landscapes to support our businesses strategic targets.
Key Resbonsibilities
Owning the solution architecture and integration processes for the defined area
Understanding the business processes and ServiceNow functionalities including IT, HR and Finance service delivery processes
Support development initiatives from business and corporate together with internal/external solution experts, 3rd party vendors and Enterprise Architects
Ensure solution development according to agreed roadmap, architectural guidelines and business priorities as well as quality and on-time-delivery of deliverables
Coordinate super users and key user network in the solution area(-s) together with platform- and other solution architects / owners
Provide support for ServiceNow admin (Reports, data maintenance, access rights)
Test case creation as needed, conduct and coordinate testing
Lead and coach virtual teams within the solution domain responsibility
Skills and Experience
We expect from you having the attitude of 'I am here to help you' and being a very process driven person. An experienced team player with broad technical IT knowledge and IT solution architectural experience. Good interpersonal and communication skills are a prerequisite. Readiness to bring the best practices and benchmarking opportunities from the industry to the business. As we are a dynamic organisation we expect you to adapt and respond to change rapidly.
Skills and experience that would help you succeed in this role:
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in suitable academic area
3+ years o hands-on experience of solution development in ServiceNow area, strong platform understanding including ITSM, CMDB, HRSD and scope apps
Good understanding of ITSM frameworks such as ITIL
Ability to analyse, troubleshoot and resolve complex software application related problems
Capability to provide training to end users and develop training material
International mindset and comfortable with working in global matrix organisation
