Solutions Architect, Logistics & Connected systems

In this role, you would be responsible for the technical ownership of applications related to business logistics process execution, with roadmap execution based on business requirements according to our commonly defined principles. Support the technical development team and ensure that the agreed principles are followed across the different development initiatives, participate in the solutioning, and provide standard and best practices mindset to our business stakeholders. You have strong technology competence and hands-on experience from project work and developing skills and have interest in developing different business processes.

Key Accountabilities

• Contributing in the selection of the new IT technologies related to the nominated solution areas

• Support development projects within the domains solution functionality development, data flows, and integrations of solutions

• Act as Service owner towards business, responsible for solution availability and functionality of the service support together with IM service support teams.

• Represent global solution in specified process area and toolset with warehouse integrations, Servigistics PPO, TMS systems, Shipserve & Procuship marketplace solutions, Vendavo Price Point.

• Ensure system integrity from own solution responsibility enforcing technical standards.

Skills and Experience

An experienced team player with broad technical IT knowledge and IT solution architectural experience. Good interpersonal and communication skills are a prerequisite. Skills and experience that would help you succeed in this role:

• 5+ years of experience in solution architecture or a similar role, with a focus on logistics systems or business process applications

• Experience in SAP ERP system can be seen as an advantage for the candidate

• Experience of supply chain management and transportation management systems

• Knowledge with relevant industry-specific software applications

• Process and solution development background
