What kind of summer job awaits you?

Our summer trainees’ work focuses on various tasks related to applications and specifically application integrations, depending on the trainee’s experience and competence. As a trainee you will be involved in at least integrations asset management renewal and data maintenance/migrations, participating to incident ticket dispatching/routing, integrations user access management activities and various other tasks. You may also be involved (or get experience) in more demanding assignments. You would be mostly working with o365 office tools, but potentially also with ServiceNow ITSM, Confluence and JIRA tools.

What we expect from you?

We expect you to be reliable, flexible, proactive and a good team player. We value your ability to work independently and your willingness to learn and develop on the job. Good written skills are an advantage, as you would be creating documentation as part of your tasks.

You are able to work at least with o365 tools (MS Outlook, Word, Power Point, Excel) and with basic web-based tools. You could also be familiar with integration solutions, but it is not a prerequisite. You would anyway be trained and get used to those. You may be studying (or have studied) Information Technology but may have gained similar experience from some other field of studies as well.

Anonymous recruitment – this is how it works

This is an anonymous recruitment process. The gender and date of birth of the applicant are not asked for on the application form. Personal details such as name, mother tongue, time of studies, name of educational institution and contact details are hidden until the interview stage. Attachments (such as CVs) are also hidden.

Recruiters have access to the contact details of those invited for interview once the applicant has been selected for interview.

Our system will guide you through the application process. The questions on the application form will help you present your skills and experience anonymously. Answer all questions carefully. If you’re invited for interview, your CV will be displayed to the recruiters to support the interview.

Note that attachments won’t be visible in anonymous recruitment until the interview stage, so it’s important to fill in the application form carefully. We process applications and select summer employees already during the application period.
