We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner. Joining Enersense, you will be a part of the green shift and contribute to the future of the energy business. Enersense is a growth company with an exciting story and roots in versatile Finnish industry. The company culture is characterized by low hierarchies and fast-paced and agile ways of working.
The purpose of the role is to be a trusted partner in all talent acquisition matters to Enersense's business teams and HR. The role is a mixture of supporting the local organization in operative end-to-end recruitment process and employer branding activities as well as Enersense Group level initiatives and topics related to talent acquisition. Based on the experience and interest of the candidate the role will also include collaboration with different educational institutes and schools as well as related events and for example training our line managers.
The location of this position is preferably Helsinki area, but other locations can be discussed. We have a trust-based culture and flexible remote work practises. In this role you are expected to do some travelling mainly in Finland based on business needs.
Core responsibilities in Talent Acquisition Partner role
Supporting our line managers and business HR in the overall end-to-end recruitment process, e.g. interviewing the candidates, candidate communication, sourcing, supporting the line manager in employment termsnegotiations and ensuring lean and smooth recruitment process for all parties
Developing the recruitment process and related KPIs together with internal stakeholders
Developing the Enersense employer brand and strategy together with HR and Communications team
Training and creating instructions for line managers to support excellent and smooth recruitment process
Developing and creating an excellent candidate experience and related KPIs
Collaboration with educational institutes and schools
Building recruitment/talent pipeline to support the future needs of our business
Talent acquisition partner management
Overall support for dedicated business areas in all recruitment and employer brand related topics
Goals and expectations
The ideal candidate has the following qualifications:
Solid experience in modern talent acquisition e.g. recruitment process, candidate experience, employer branding and digital tools as part of the end-to-end recruitment process
Preferably experience in working in a similar role in a company with operational workforce (blue-collar) and office worker (white collar) colleagues
A pragmatic fit for purpose' approach to work with good prioritization skills
Ability to solve various topic both on strategic and practical level.
Conceptual thinking and good visualization skills
Experience with digitalization and modern HR/Recruitment systems as well as data driven practices
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Flexibility and willingness to support others
Fluency in written and spoken English and Finnish and relevant educational background
