Revvity is Seeking Two Senior Program Managers to Join Our Project Management Office (PMO)!

Are you ready to lead complex projects in the exciting field of in vitro diagnostics? We have two outstanding opportunities for experienced program managers to join our dynamic team:

Senior Program Manager (Principal Level) Duration: Permanent. Focus Areas: Lead complex, large-scale product launches and strategic initiatives.

Senior Program Manager (Software Focus) Duration: Permanent. Focus Areas: Spearhead software development projects using Agile methodologies.

PMO is a team of experts, leading all projects from development to launch of new system solutions for our Diagnostics business. The system solutions consist of reagents, software and instruments used in vitro diagnostics (IVD) environments globally. Varying from small-scale updates to complex product launches, our projects offer a wide range of challenges to even the more experienced colleague.

Key Responsibilities for Both Positions:

Develop project scopes, objectives, and detailed plans

Ensure on-time, within-scope, and within-budget project delivery

Manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Collaborate closely with Regulatory, Quality, Manufacturing, and Business functions

Success in the roles requires:

BSc required, MSc preferred (Engineering or Natural Sciences)

Minimum 5 years experience leading commercial product development programs and global teams

Strong project management skills (resource allocation, cost estimation, risk analysis)

Project management certification preferred

Experience in medical device/IVD industry highly desirable

Excellent communication skills in English

Proactive, collaborative, and process-oriented approach
