We are now looking for new Senior Consultant(s) / Manager(s) to join our Strategic Regulatory Advisory team!
In this role, you will act as a project manager in management consulting and sustainability reporting. You will be working closely with our customers helping them to achieve their sustainability targets and bringing clarity and identifying business opportunities from compliance. Projects may include Double materiality assessment, CSRD-reporting support, EU taxonomy and other regulation assessment.
Your role also covers sales and marketing responsibilities: your goal is to develop and expand our offering to new customers and areas, while maintaining functional and active partnerships. You actively participate in customer projects and the development and management of customer relationships. At Sweco the tasks are tailored to suit the employee, so your more detailed job description will be tailored to your skills and interests and will include working with other Sweco's teams as well.
You will work as part of a highly competent team, whose multidisciplinary expertise ensures that help and support is available whenever you need it. You will also collaborate with other Sweco experts. We work all over Finland in 28 locations, of which your own office is located at our Helsinki office in Ilmala.
Go ahead and apply if you
Have 3-5 years of experience in management consulting
Have strong knowledge on CSRD, EU taxonomy and other relevant reporting frameworks and regulations
Have excellent project management skills
Have graduated with a university degree (e.g. M.Sc. (Econ.) or M.Sc. (Tech.))
Have excellent skills in MS Office tools, and the ability to make effective use of AI applications in the work
Are creative and strategic thinker with analytical skills, vision and ability to crystallize large entities and visualize things
Are self-directed, but also able to work efficiently and smoothly in teams and have good interaction skills - you will work closely in the customer interface
Communicate fluently in English and Finnish (later one considered as an advantage)
