We are seeking a reliable, dedicated, and detail-oriented Executive Housekeeper with the right attitude and relevant experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in housekeeping management, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards while ensuring smooth daily operations.
Key Details:
- Location: OULU (Please check map location before applying )
- Work starts: 28th February 2025
- Working hours: Varying from Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM and 16:000 PM (with the possibility of weekend shifts)
- Weekly hours: 37.5 hours/week
- Monthly wage: 2400 €
Requirements:
-Previous experience as an Executive Housekeeper or in supervisory roles within the cleaning industry.
-Knowledge of the Finnish language and proficiency in English.
-Ability to manage shift scheduling and employee training.
-Responsibility for the operational activities of the housekeeping team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Housekeeping Team: Ensure that all client facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. Assist with workforce planning and cleaning.
- Training and Onboarding: Take the lead in onboarding and training new employees.
-Shift/Schedule planning - Planning and organizing the housekeeping team's shifts and schedules to ensure efficient coverage.
-Salary/Hours management - Managing and ensuring staff work hours are properly processed.
- Equipment Management: Ensure the safe and efficient use of cleaning equipment by conducting regular inspections and maintenance.
- Eco-Friendly Practices: Uphold and promote eco-friendly cleaning practices throughout the team.
- Client Relations: Maintain a high level of professionalism in interactions with clients.
- Support and Mentorship: Your team-leadership will be key in creating a supportive atmosphere where team members feel valued and empowered.
-Collaborating with supervisors - Working closely with supervisors to ensure smooth coordination.
- Team Collaboration: Work with team members to ensure efficient operations.
