We are looking for a
SOLUTION OWNER, CRM & CPQ (D365 Sales, Customer Insights & Customer Service; SAP CPQ)
to join us in Group ICT, Sales & Marketing team in our Espoo or Tampere offices.
What will you get to do?
You will drive the CRM and CPQ development within Metsä Group, including:
- You will have a significant role in development of CPQ and CRM solutions in co-operation with business process development organization, ensuring they meet agreed solution architecture, prioritized business needs and processes.
- Analyze and translate business epics into features and user stories, coordinate prioritization of development themes. As a Solution Owner you will act as a bridge between business and development teams by translating complex business requirements into clear and concise guidelines for the development teams.
- As a Solution Owner, you have a comprehensive vision that takes into account strategic alignment and business value without forgetting the solution's life cycle and roadmap.
- Promote awareness of CRM and CPQ solutions within the organization. Ensure relevant stakeholders are engaged in ongoing development discussions.
- Work closely with a multi-vendor development team. Verify budgets, resource plans, content, design, workload estimates, and the quality of deliverables.
- Ensure that solution documentation is relevant, up-to-date, and of high quality in collaboration with process development, external partners, and other ICT team members.
In your role, you'll be a key player in CRM and CPQ development. You'll report on progress, actively shape the CRM and CPQ roadmap, and coordinate vendor activities to ensure best practices. Identifying opportunities for innovation and managing continuous application services will also be integral to your responsibilities.
What kind of skills are we looking for?
In order to succeed, you have excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to make things happen. You like to see the bigger picture but also keep the details in mind. The way you work is innovative and you are not afraid to think out of the box. We hope that you have a positive and open-minded attitude and approach.
In addition, we hope you have:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., ICT or business management).
- Proven experience in CRM solution development within complex enterprise level context, particularly with D365 Sales, D365 Customer Insights, and D365 Customer Service.
- Knowledge of SAP CPQ is considered as an asset.
- Experience in vendor management and management of multivendor teams.
- Ability to drive innovation and shape development roadmaps for CPQ and CRM solutions.
- Fluent English language in written and spoken.
- Strong leadership skills.
